Dr. Horacio Enrique Falcón, DDS
Dr. Horacio Falcón graduated with a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University in Physiology. He then completed the UCSF/UOP/SFSU Dental Post-baccalaureate before entering dental school. Dr. Falcón earned his DDS degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry (UDMSoD) with recognizable awards for clinical and leadership excellence. In addition, he was voted class President by his peers of his graduating class.
Dr. Khashayar Azimi, DDS, MS
Dr. Azimi completed his undergraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2014 where he majored in Chemistry. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry where he served as Class President from 2014-2018. Soon thereafter he completed his Master of Science (MS) and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Periodontics and Dental Implants at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and St. John Hospital Health System in Michigan in 2021. He is a Board-Certified Periodontist from the American Board of Periodontology and the State of Michigan.
