Replace One Missing Tooth With a Permanent Solution

Full-Arch Implant Treatment Tailored for You

All-on-X® represents the next evolution in full-arch implant dentistry. Where All-on-4® establishes a fixed four-implant protocol, All-on-X® takes a personalized approach, using the optimal number of implants, placed at the angles and positions that best suit each patient's unique bone structure, jaw anatomy, and long-term restoration goals. The "X" reflects the number and placement of implants, which should be determined by what each individual patient's case demands, not by a predetermined formula.

At Falcon Dental Group, the surgical planning and implant placement for every All-on-X® case is performed by Dr. Khashayar Azimi, our certified implantologist and periodontist, while Dr. Horacio Falcon designs and delivers the final arch restoration.

Did you know…

that no two jaws are anatomically identical? Bone density, jaw width, sinus position, nerve canal location, and the pattern of bone loss following tooth extraction all vary significantly from patient to patient. A treatment protocol that works optimally for one patient's arch may not provide the same level of stability or longevity for another. All-on-X® accounts for this variability by allowing implant number and placement to be determined by 3D imaging and clinical assessment rather than a fixed template, giving each patient a restoration engineered specifically for their anatomy.

What All-on-X® Treatment Looks Like

  • 3D Imaging and Treatment Planning: Treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation and CBCT imaging to create a detailed 3D view of the jawbone and surrounding anatomy. Dr. Azimi uses this information to plan the ideal number, position, and angle of each implant for a precise, personalized approach.
  • Preparatory Care and Implant Placement: If needed, failing teeth are removed and any gum disease or infection is treated before or during implant surgery. Dr. Azimi then places the implants according to the customized treatment plan, using advanced surgical techniques that support healthy healing and long-term stability.
  • Temporary Teeth During Healing: Many patients receive a provisional fixed restoration on the day of surgery or shortly afterward. This allows them to maintain function and appearance while the implants integrate with the jawbone over the following months.
  • Final Arch Restoration: After osseointegration is complete, Dr. Falcon designs and places a custom permanent arch restoration. The final prosthesis is carefully crafted for a comfortable bite, natural appearance, and long-lasting function.
